A small celebration

last night was Mooncake Festival and here are some pictures of how I celebrate it simple, economic and satisfied.

But before that....

Here are the weather forecast...

The pollution index goes up to 100+ It's blur... visibility = 50%

Now you see how nasty and hot the weather could get!

And this morning is around 90+ polluted. The south wind just blow up north.
Okay. enough for the prats.
A Simple Celebration @ JADE KITCHEN
Our first dish. Steam chicken and cha-siew CHICKEN.
The cha-siew just look and tasted like CHA-SIEW but it's a chicken dipped with CHA-SIEW sauce and ovened.

2nd dish goes to MA-PO TOUFU (Beancurd) together with sweet and sour sauce (not in there)
Not bad!

SIEW MAI again. Not as nice as HK's 1. LOL!

This is XIE-YANG CHAI (chinese vege) soup with pork cubes.

Our last dish, steam fish. Goodie ^^

My dessert of all times, Red Bean Soup, just tasted like HKs' version.
=D

It's deng hot here! Can't wait to have a heavy shower to the grounds of millions.
Eva celebration is just around the corner, thy results will be judge
thy decisions were assigned and decided by human nature. Have a nice weekend ahead =)

Haze+Mooncake+MD

The famous ever word, Haze again stuck the Pacific and Lower South East Asia. I was disrupted by this silly fog covering my sight wherever, whenever I go! Illegal open burning in Indonesia have been accused by WHO of not taking such such issues onto concerns, choking smoke billow across the region, with Malaysia (especially SARAWAK), Singapore and southern Thailand and these countries are usually the worst affected ones.

What can you do if...

the_visibility_is = 10%;
air_freshness = 5%;
health = 20%;
outdoor_activities = 2%;
pakto_meetups = 20%;
sight_seeing = 8%;
berbuka_puasa_outdoor_sales = 20%;
Travel = 5%;
migran = 10%;

and the business...

will_fall = 50%;
to_improve_progression = 5%;
of_worker's_profficiency = 5%;
profit = 2%;
development = 3%;
meetups = 10%;
auxiliary = 7%;
target_meets = 10%;
sales_for_as_low_as = 8%;

Why are those rich people flatening the landscape and burn down those trees? Why there are so many ways of recycling the trees, they din't make use of it? Why the are not environmentally thinking? Why didn't the Indonesian government apply laws to open burning? Why they couldn't figure out a way to issue such havoc for all these years? Too many whys? Too many threats! Too many comments! I believe MONEY is the core.

Story Flash Back...

"When I was 12, on the way home from tuition, fog of cloud appeared everywhere (around 6PM). It's pretty thick alright. I was wondering if the ghost are looking for something or they are too hungry for the festival. BTW, on that particular day it was Hungry Ghost Festival! But.. it is not, instead, it's the haze that is fogging my mind with chiense beliefs."

But anyway.. HAPPY FOGGY MOONCAKE FESTIVAL!

3 days ago...

It was my company's MDs' Birthday.... We had this simple celebration and of koz, FREE FOODS, FREE DRINKS, FREE CAKES and FREE TRIP! What can I say?

I will reveal this free trip once after I've been there -- THERE! :)

Everyone got a lunch box like this! 奇 means strange!
What a strange company having a lunch box like...

THIS! Not bad ar?
Strange isn't it? A Nasi lemak Lunch Box.
WIth a be-headed fish, belacan, fried chicken, cucumber, anchovies and coconut milk rice.

Fried Chicken wing is a must for a small scale party like this
And then.. make a wild guess on the food below!

What the?
It's a Pancake Skin / Roti Prata.
Looks like a pizza box!

What is this again? Crushed shreeded eggs.

Lettuce

Sweet sauce and prawn.
hmmm... what is this food up to? Cha Kueh Tiaw?

Chillis

Bread Crumb
O_O Weird eh?

mangkuang... I bet till here you knew what is this food called...

These are the overall ingredients. Ready??????

PoooOoof! A POPIAH!

Before the lunch... a pleasant surprise for the MD.
I (as a producer) did a video slide presentation to the MD.
He appreciated it! hehe! lol! Thanks to joy and the crew on board.

Left (MD), Center (ME), Right (DesignManager)
We're laughing at the videos done by me.
And the videos? Maybe some other time =P

Overall colleagues

Uhm O_O' U see a 'G'?
O_O"" This picture is 'too perfect' where everyone is standing still while I, ...

Eating cake and snap with a new colleague.

Hmmm..... the cake taste weird or it is too tasty?

And the B is spreading the fills.

For goodness sake. I am very hungry now! LOL!

HK style? Are you sure?

Since I got some free time tonight, lets BLOG!
For these few days, I've been working like a mad cow; from morning 9.00AM to night 9.00PM. No time to view, write, comment blgos! Cuz of what? Yesterday was my Managing Director's Birthday lor! So the day before gotta do some video bloopers and shots for him as a surprise. Then yesterday night worked OT (No additional pay) on Workstations for the new bought computers, for the designers. sigh. Today also, but not as late as 2 day before!

Should I post the MD's video and pictures? Let's see -.-

And yesterday after long tiring day, around 8.30PM I took a cab to Kovan MRT and my perut just GrooOOOOOoooooooN. I am hungry! Trying to look for food, all I saw was KFC, Yoshinoya, Thai Express, Sakae Sushi.. BORING! And winkzzzzz.... I saw this restaurant nearby and which robin reminds me of...

Hong Kong Cafe / (u read the chinese)

Well the price of the food is like O_O"
And yet I am eating alone (sob sob) before heading home!
I had this HK style black pepper pork chop spaghetti
What a name! I tell you what! The sauce is DAMN shiok!
Worth a dinner thou. A plate like that costs $8.00 (not really full)
The mee only taste SO SO. I only like that pork + sauce.

And then, this!
HK Style Ice Lemon Tea.
First suck into my mouth, (NOT AS TASTY AS HONG KONG's 1)
Just an ordinary lemon tea with lemon.
Guess how much??????
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
$4.50
So you call this HK Style ar? I say this is Singapore like-HK style lemon tea with no creativity at all. You see HK (original lemon tea) is different. Why?
(1) Mysterious Syrup (2) Sliced Lemon (3) Lemon Stratch (4) Ice crushed (5) Just too perfect into your mouth!
And this dinner of mine cost me $14.75 (inc GST)
Really sien, all is $ GST GST GST GST $.
Can't the government here give away free transportation / shopping vouchers for the citizen or foreigners as a contribution for the GST paid by us? That, paying GST is worth it!

Weird Talk : Jin, Ghost (Part 2)

And the hungry ghost festival is finally over, it's time to bring you some spooke into your mind. Like usual, the souls are everywhere on the street in the midnight, grabbing food to conquer hunger. Yieks.... Do you believe in ghost? Have you seen one?

I just can't imagine what I 've had saw. 2 Ghosts appeared in one time on the following video. The first one very obvious! A 6 year old kid standing under the stairs on top, the 2nd one appeared behind the 2 girls walking up the stairs (You see a white object). Don't know is the camera light reflect or what..... The producer din't even mentioned regarding the white project.

Ok, maybe the video is too small, you can't see so I zoooomed for you in pictures format (NO EDIT I SWEAR!)... I don't circle because I don't want people to say its a fake!!! IT'S NOT! Do you see something white on the left a bit from they guy? The vid cam was being 'Rehabilitated' or '开光' by the sifu, that's why you can see 'it'.

Too blur?Or cannot see?

Ok this circle is made by the producer. NOT ME!

Now do you see it?

Obviously clear? There, a pale white kid standing under the stair case.

Before the yellow circle!

They said the higher they go, the more (YIN) it will be! It's true, you can have ur spooks or whatever uneasy feeling because the YIN will suck away our (YANG). Dunnnoa la... chinese ritual stuff... But yin and yang do exist ar!!!!

Next, we have this TVB team of freaks exploring into the Sarawak's jungle (upper Samarahan) for 1000+ years old Jin (oak tree or 蓉树). The journey is around an hour plus!They just don't feel too well when they approach the tree because it's 'evil'. Hahahah! They say like a fire ball flying here and there sucking human's soul during the night (said by the kuching ah pek, pandai ya! Kon kat bui? ngai Hmm Hiau kong ar! LOL!). O_O'

Part 1 of the video

Part 2 of the video

When you're afraid, the fire ball gets bigger but when you're calm, the fire balls get smaller. Not too logic! Then this sifu when walking over the bridge, he stopped!! They say something flew over his body, a white cloud or sth. LOL! WTF! Sakit Belakang cakap la! Io Kut Tia (stretch the back)! Ka na sai!!! ... But I was glad to know that Sarawak (Kuching) got such strange case! Got mer?

Ok la next week gonna bring you the haunted house and more on Rumah Panjang (Long house), the HEAD HUNTERS / BOMOH!

Hope ya enjoy GhoooOOOoost. 平时不做亏心事就别怕'它'会害你!哈哈哈哈!
God bless everyone, in the name of our father, son and the holy spirit. =D
