911 - 912 Explore Hong Kong Part 1.3

Longest Photo Post 3ver. Yah.. might take quite a while to download the following pictures but for those dialups I think you can quit this browser. LOL!

Well well, Exploring Hong Kong again eh? What's so fun about it since it's been over like 3 weeks ago? But my brain is still on holiday mood and you never wanna go back to work after the leave. Surprisingly, days goes by like that and it's September 12. Yerterday was September 11 and forget about 911 attacks. It's OVER! The revolution of new terror plot lies beyond and more conspiracy coming their way!

More Terror Plot! Liquid attacks? Hairpin attacks? Spectacles attacks? Tooth attack? Watch Attack? Dxxx Attack? Whatever plot it was, it's "Deadly"! Why don't they suggest on all Passengers NAKED body on-board? And each passengers are given 1 room on the new plane design and no passengers are allowed to go anywhere cuz' they have toilets inside the room, beverages, games everything? Nice suggestion eh?

Okay enough for the Sept11. Now let's get back to Sept 12.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

A nice weather at glance and windy but turned out abnormal in the afternoon! I went Dai Yu San (大屿山), a place where Living Buddha (天坛大佛) was held together with it's Sāriputta (in thai language) or 舍利子. Come on, let's check it out!

The skyrail is unofficially serviced and we took a bus up d hill. Around 45 mins.

Now you can see this living Buddha. Inside the buddha, there's this Sāriputta and quite a number of souls resting in peace here, including Anita Mui. It's not good to take photo of the dead inside so.. be it.

I just love this picture. Innocent Children under Kingdom of Heaven (in Buddhism) or likewise, the Living Buddha and the sky is in great position. Like it?

The overall view of Dai Yu San. On the left you'll see the Skyrail!

Then my friend go Pai Pai (拜拜) while I take pictures. This couple is just too perfect to be my magazine's promoter. A watch Advertisement or Tourism Guide. lol.

Mmmmmmm...? Y sibut so khiao?

Then we went another part.

To get these dim sum. Nice and sweet. It's FREE thou because we went Dai Yu San is the first month of the lunar calander and we do pay for the entrance!! lol!
We have some Ou Kok, Popiah, and Mesh Sweet Potato Cubes.

I noticed HongKian Loves Mangoes. I'll show you on my next post!
Here's the mango pudding, chia yian and green bean pudding.

Cha Siew Pao, Mua Ji, Yam, Red Bean flavoured kuih-muih

Then we went here to have a visit. Wahkao, you really cannot stand bunch of uncle aunty selling jostick when you're up the MTR! Come Come Come. Cheap Cheap Cheap. 彩你都傻!

Ah~ My fren went in to have an overall fortune telling.
HKD$25 for a brief discussion.

And there're whole lots more of these fortune tellers!

Nearby, there is this Mehk Mehhk "Artifacts". Chinese have this beliefs that goat is neutral to evils.

Wong Tai Sin Temple!

This structure is unique

Wheet Wheel~

After they Pai Pai (拜拜), then we bypass this @ MTR. Cute eh?

Oh that day, after the post Madame Tusauds, we proceed to Victoria Peak Night View. Glittering like heaven eh? Hong Kong is truely beautiful with night scenes, thanks to their lighting!

Another view.

Venue of stars

The weather doesn't seemed right @ all.

I went this auditorium to avoid showers. Ah, another revolution of Jesus Christ Design? How ewl. >.<"

Outside the Clock Tower. This clock was a significant structure under British Ruling Hong Kong period.

Took this while I am on the Duck Boat. Why everytime come Hong Kong so dark 1? Nearly reached Typhoon Signal #No3 that time! U know why? Because Hong Kong is located at the heart of the World and need I say, nearby mountains. That's why you'd see heavy clouds everytime.

Hong Kong Exhibition Centre

It's thrilling ride!

Here is the traditional Hong Kong Duck Sail you've seen on TV!

Actually, you need to have coupons by tourism board to get this ride. We just rushed in and to this harbour Queensway Harbour port and into the boat. LOL. The captain asked for the ticket and we shook our head! LOL! Remember, if anything happens to you, they won't bother unless you have the ticket. haiz... so mafan!

Central Hong Kong

AIA Building and HKSB @ the back there!

Yieks

The look of a duck boat

ATAR! Lee xiao long. Bruce Lee is the name! Nice backgroun! ;)

THE beancurd REALLY SMELLS! Look @ my face expression!!!! Chao Taufu! I ate half and throw away. Not as smelly as I thought but it's not perfect without sweet soya sauce instead, I dipped only Chilli. HKD$6 per pcs. TAIWAN chao taufu are more smelly than this. Let's impress the smell, it's like longkaw (pit) smell + dustbin smell + dog eaten rice. Imagine it!

Till then~ awaiting another post. tata.
