HoHoHo, Have you selected your right company that you've been working in now? If not, I think you better put a switch on it. 60% of the people think they worked under preassure and with stupid employers. If you have a purpose of sacrificing your time to those not worth spending, would you throw your opinion on those flirt?

    Ha..ha...it's a very realistic orangization structure in a Modern Company. (all over the world).

    Why needs those Supervisor A.B. & C.?

    If everyone stays in the same level and have on King Cobra, that would be very nice.

    lol. but oh, if everyone at the same level o, the competance of skills and capabilities are way higher than normal. BTW, if everyone is taking the same level of salary, wouldn't that be boring? The supporting layer for example is the layer of controls (QA) and without it I tell you, thick office polictics will raise.
